Douglass is a Member (Partner) of the firm and a member of the Construction Service Group. He has significant experience handling complex construction disputes involving multiple parties and expert consultants. He has represented contractors, subcontractors, owners, design professionals and sureties on public and private construction projects throughout the United States. He is a member of the Kiwanis Club of Atlanta, president of the Initiative for Affordable Housing Inc. board and a member of the Garden Hills Civic Association.

Joseph is a Member (Partner) of the firm and a member of the Business & Finance Service Group. He focuses his practice on transactional tax matters, counseling clients on domestic and international corporate mergers and acquisitions, partnerships and joint ventures. He also regularly represents clients before the Internal Revenue Service and state departments of revenue. Joseph has represented clients in various industries, including airlines, food manufacturers, telecommunications, insurance, banking and financial services, health care, commercial and residential real estate development, technology and venture capital. He is a member of the Atlanta International Tax Study Group, the International Fiscal Association and the American Bar Association’s Tax Section.
