Stites & Harbison Welcomes Drake Staples

LEXINGTON, Ky.—Stites & Harbison, PLLC welcomes attorney Drake W. Staples to the firm’s Lexington, Ky., office. He joins the Construction Service Group. Staples represents the fifth attorney to join the firm’s Lexington office in the last six months.
Staples routinely advocates for clients across a wide range of businesses and industries. He has extensive experience in researching, drafting and arguing substantive motions, and preparing for mediation and complex commercial litigation in federal and state trial and appellate courts, as well as in arbitration proceedings.
Prior to joining the firm, Staples was an attorney with two law firms in Lexington. Before his law firm experience, he was a tax associate with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Cincinnati.
Staples earned his J.D. from the University of Kentucky College of Law. He is admitted to practice in Kentucky.
