Drake Staples is an attorney in the firm's Lexington, Kentucky office and a member of the Construction Service Group. Drake is an experienced construction lawyer with a proven track record handling transactional matters and disputes for a diverse clientele, including owners, contractors, subcontractors, and design professionals. He also has extensive experience drafting, negotiating, and managing construction and vendor contracts for data center developers throughout the United States. In addition to his construction practice, Drake is a versatile litigator, regularly representing clients in a wide range of matters. His experience extends to business litigation, trust and estate litigation, as well as tort and insurance defense matters.
