Lewis Perling Elected to Friends of Disabled Adults and Children Board
ATLANTA—Friends of Disabled Adults and Children (FODAC) has elected Stites & Harbison, PLLC attorney Lewis Perling to its of Board of Directors. He will serve a three-year term.
FODAC is a nonprofit organization created in 1986 to enhance the quality of life for those who are mobility-impaired due to any physical disability, illness or injury. FODAC provides refurbished home medical equipment and services for adults and children with disabilities. The group’s programs include: home medical equipment, home modifications, vehicle modifications, computer refurbishing and assistive technology statewide partners (Georgia).
Perling is Counsel with Stites & Harbison based in the Atlanta office. He has over 20 years of commercial litigation experience including legal and accounting malpractice defense, consumer finance law, products liability, class actions and regulatory and compliance matters. Perling regularly manages highly complex, multi-party litigation. His complex commercial litigation practice includes assisting a diverse array of professionals with fiduciary obligations and navigate claims brought against them by former clients and third parties.
