Katherine Moore Donnelly is an attorney in the firm’s Frankfort office where she is a member of the Business Litigation Service Group. In addition to business litigation, Katherine’s practice also focuses on litigation and transactional matters involving intellectual property. She assists with litigating intellectual property infringement, prosecuting trademark and copyright registration applications, litigating trademark opposition and cancellation proceedings, and drafting licenses, assignments, and other agreements that involve intellectual property rights

Katherine joined the firm after serving as a Staff Attorney for Fayette Circuit Court Chief Judge Kimberly Bunnell from August 2019-2020. Throughout law school Katherine gained legal experience while working as a law clerk for Legal Aid of the Bluegrass (Summer 2018) and as a legal assistant and clerk to Judge Squire Williams of the Franklin County Family Court (Summer 2017). Prior to law school, she was a Personal Assistant and Account Team Member with Boxcar Public Relations in Louisville, Kentucky.
Katherine serves on the board of the Lexington Art League and is a member of Kentucky Refugee Ministries in Lexington, KY where she formerly served as an ESL tutor. In her downtime she enjoys playing tennis, practicing hot yoga, hiking, and playing with her two dogs, Wally and Ladybird.
