Evan Elam is an attorney in the firm’s Atlanta office whose practice focuses on professional liability defense for attorneys, accountants, and their firms. Evan also has experience defending medical malpractice cases and commercial litigation cases defending small businesses. He has experience working in both state and federal court, as well as helping firms respond to third party subpoenas.

During law school, Evan was a summer law intern with the First Court of Appeals in Houston, Texas (July - August 2021). He was also a summer associate with Copeland Stair Kingma & Lovell (May - July 2021). Prior to law school, Evan was a marketing intern for KMS Technologies/Katalon Studio in Ho Chi Min City, Vietnam (Nov. 2018 - January 2019) and interned for the Honorable Gregory F. Van Tatenhove in the Eastern District of Kentucky (Summer 2018).
