Wendy W. Kraby Joins Stites & Harbison’s Real Estate Practice in Atlanta
ATLANTA—Stites & Harbison welcomes attorney Wendy Wolfenbarger Kraby to its Atlanta office. She is a Member (Partner) in the Real Estate & Banking Service Group.

Her broad transactional background, combined with her work advising businesses and financial institutions, makes her an outstanding addition to our firm and further strengthens the sophisticated services we provide to clients in Atlanta and beyond.”
Her corporate practice includes corporate formation and governance, mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, joint ventures and private securities offerings. Kraby’s development law experience includes acquisition, land use/zoning, infrastructure, lending, title matters, and construction and subcontractor agreements. Her work frequently involves collaboration with local and national banks on regulatory compliance, real estate and business lending, loan participations, borrower defaults and foreclosures.
Kraby also serves as general counsel to businesses, handling day-to-day matters such as vendor, sales and distribution contracts, employment contracts and non-compete agreements. She also works with software and technology companies, including start-ups, advising on financing, private offerings, SaaS and IoT contracts, intellectual property matters and nondisclosure agreements.
Before joining Stites & Harbison, Kraby was a Partner with a mid-sized Atlanta law firm where she focused on development and land use law, business and contract law, and banking.
Outside of the firm, Kraby is active in a variety of organizations. She is a member of the Doraville Chamber of Commerce and the Georgia Association of Business Brokers, where she frequently teaches seminars to brokers and associated professionals. She earned her J.D. from Georgia State University College of Law. Kraby is admitted to practice in Georgia.
