Stites & Harbison welcomes Tom Breidenstein and Jessi Hill

COVINGTON, Ky.—Stites & Harbison, PLLC, and Office Executive Member Bill Geisen welcome attorneys Tom Breidenstein and Jessi Hill to the recently opened Covington, Ky., office. The new office is located in the RiverCenter II building in Covington, Ky. This is the firm’s first office in the Greater Cincinnati area and extends the firm’s daily practice into Northern Kentucky, Southwestern Ohio and Southeastern Indiana.

Tom Breidenstein is Counsel to the firm and a member of the Real Estate Service Group. Prior to joining Stites & Harbison, Breidenstein was an attorney at The Law Offices of Thomas W. Bosse, PLLC, for four years. His practice focuses on general commercial real estate, zoning and land use issues, and general civil litigation. Breidenstein is a member of a variety of professional groups, including the American Institute of Certified Planners and both the American and Ohio Planning Associations. In the local community, he is chairman of the Glendale (Ohio) Planning and Historic Preservation Commission. He earned his Juris Doctor from the Salmon P. Chase College of Law at Northern Kentucky University in 1993. Breidenstein is admitted to practice in Kentucky and Ohio.

Jessi Hill is an attorney in the Construction Service Group. Prior to joining the firm, Hill was an attorney at Graydon Head & Ritchey, LLP, for two years. Outside of the firm, Hill is very active in the local community. She serves as co-chair of the Butler County United Way Women’s Leadership Council (WLC). The WLC helps support Shared Harvest’s Backpack Program that provides food to children over the weekend that would otherwise go hungry. In addition, she serves on the Board of Trustees for The Center for Family Solutions, a group dedicated to assisting Butler County, Oh., families respond to, treat and prevent child abuse. Hill earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Dayton School of Law in 2010. Hill is admitted to practice in Kentucky, Indiana and Ohio.

Bill Geisen serves as the Office Executive Member of the Covington office and is a member of the Construction Service Group. Geisen is a highly respected member of the construction bar, both locally and nationally. He is the only attorney from the Greater Cincinnati area who is a Fellow in the American College of Construction Lawyers, an honor reserved for the top 1% of the U.S. construction bar. His construction practice focuses on contract negotiation, dispute resolution and litigation.
