Stites & Harbison Welcomes Bill Joseph to the Atlanta office

ATLANTA—Stites & Harbison, PLLC welcomes attorney William M. Joseph (Bill) to the Atlanta office.

Bill Joseph is a Member (Partner) of the firm and a member of the Business and Finance Service Group. He focuses his practice on transactional tax matters, counseling clients on domestic and international corporate mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, and joint ventures. He also regularly represents clients before the Internal Revenue Service and state departments of revenue. Bill has represented clients in various industries, including airlines, telecommunications, food manufacturers, insurance, banking and financial services, health care, technology, commercial and residential real estate development and venture capital.

Bill has practiced tax law in Atlanta for more than 29 years. His background includes an LL.M. in Taxation and J.D. from Boston University and a B.S. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School.
