LOUISVILLE, Ky.—Stites & Harbison, PLLC announced today that two attorneys have been promoted within the law firm effective January 2018. The new Members (Partners) include:
- Brian Levy, Atlanta office, Creditors’ Rights & Bankruptcy and Business Litigation Service Groups
Levy’s practice focuses on representing financial institutions, mortgage servicers, and other creditors in state and federal courts throughout Georgia in commercial loan recoveries and consumer finance litigation. He has extensive experience litigating and arbitrating complex business disputes across a range of industries, including financial institutions, real estate, insurance, manufacturing, and technology. - Brian Pollock, Louisville, Ky., office, Creditors’ Rights & Bankruptcy Service Group
Pollock’s practice focuses on representation of creditors in bankruptcy court, commercial and residential foreclosures, lender liability matters, defense of avoidance and preference actions, real estate litigation, and commercial litigation. He edits and contributes to Creditors’ Sidebar, a legal blog focused on bankruptcy and creditors’ rights issues.
