Stites & Harbison Expands Footprint, Opens First Ohio Office
Robin Miller Appointed Office Executive Member of the New Cincinnati Office
CINCINNATI—Stites & Harbison, PLLC announced today it has opened a Cincinnati, Ohio office to better meet the increased needs of its clients in the region. The office will be led by Member (Partner), Robin D. Miller.
“This office will allow Robin and other Stites & Harbison attorneys the ability to better serve our growing client base across the state of Ohio and Midwest region,” stated Marjorie A. Farris, Chair of Stites & Harbison. “Robin’s leadership and focus on top-notch client service make her the perfect individual to lead the office and maintain the firm’s successful vision for growth. We look forward to hiring more lateral attorneys as soon as possible.”
The firm recently leased space in the Greater Cincinnati area of Mason, and hopes to have several additional attorneys within the office by year’s end. The firm currently has an office in the Towers of RiverCenter in nearby Covington, Kentucky.

Miller is a member of the Business Litigation Service Group where her practice focuses on complex commercial litigation. She represents publicly traded corporations, small private businesses and universities in litigation matters that include immediate injunctive relief, trials and appeals. She has experience with breach of contract, fraud, defamation, non-compete agreements, trade secret misappropriation, construction, employment discrimination and product liability. Miller graduated summa cum laude from Ohio University and received her J.D. from the University of Dayton Law School. Outside the firm, she is a board member with Community First Solutions. Prior to joining Stites & Harbison, Miller was a partner with the Cincinnati office of Ulmer & Berne LLP.
