Brian Lee and Tyler Lloyd Selected for Louisville Bar Association’s 2026 Leadership Academy
LOUISVILLE, Ky. —The Louisville Bar Association (LBA) has selected Stites & Harbison, PLLC attorneys Brian P. Lee and W. Tyler Lloyd to participate in its 2026 Leadership Academy.
The Leadership Academy is designed for attorneys with four to 10 years of experience. The program consists of one full-day class each month for six months starting in January of 2026. Through these sessions, participants will gain the tools to lead in their legal practices and within the greater community.
Lee is a Member (Partner) based in the Louisville, Ky., office. His practice primarily involves advising clients in many aspects of commercial real estate law, including purchase and sale transactions, leasing and financing. Lee also assists non-real estate businesses across various industries in achieving their real estate needs and goals, such as acquiring or leasing space for their operations. He also regularly assists in other transactional matters, such as mergers and acquisitions and commercial transactions.
Lloyd is an attorney based in the Louisville, Ky., office. As a member of the Construction Service Group, he represents owners, contractors and design professionals in all phases of the construction and design process. His experience includes construction litigation, drafting and negotiating construction contracts, and advising on procurement issues. He is also a member of the firm’s Data Center Service Group, where he drafts and negotiates construction contracts for projects across the country. Lloyd serves as the Chairman Elect (2026) of the Kentucky Bar Association’s Construction & Public Contract Law Section.
