More Than Stites & Harbison

Prior to joining Stites, Brian practiced in the Real Estate and General Business and Corporate practice groups of a firm in New York City for over four years. A fourth generation New Yorker, Brian relocated to Louisville in January 2021 after marrying his wife, Jessica, who was raised in Louisville. Brian practiced as a staff attorney in the Corporate & Finance practice group of Hogan Lovells immediately prior to joining Stites later that year. Brian was a judicial intern to the Hon. Doris Ling-Cohan, Appellate Term of the Supreme Court, First Department, New York, NY, during the spring of 2016.

Outside of practicing law, Brian serves on the board of directors of Asia Institute – Crane House, Kentuckiana’s pan-Asian arts and cultural organization and is an active member of Sojourn East Community Church. Brian enjoys spending time with his wife and his young daughter, Chloe. Together, they embark on culinary adventures and enjoy experiencing many of life’s “firsts.” Brian is fascinated by European and Near Eastern history (especially Late Antiquity and Medieval) and dreams of touring the religiously significant sites of the Levant and Turkiye one day.
