Wendy Wolfenbarger Kraby is a corporate and land use attorney who focuses on corporate and business law as well as real estate development law. Her corporate practice includes corporate formation and governance, mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, joint ventures, and private securities offerings. Wendy has extensive experience in development law, including acquisition, land use/zoning, infrastructure, lending, title matters, and construction and subcontractor agreements. She has collaborated with local and national banks on issues related to bank agreements/participations, regulatory compliance, real estate, development and business loans, borrower defaults, and foreclosures.
Wendy also serves as general counsel to businesses, handling day-to-day matters such as vendor contracts, sales and distribution contracts, employment contracts, and non-compete agreements. She works with software and technology companies, including start-ups, which often involves financing, private securities offerings, SaaS/IoT contracts, intellectual property issues, and nondisclosure agreements.
