Rachel Gumbel is an attorney in the firm’s Louisville, Kentucky office and a member of the firm’s business litigation, employment law, and health care service groups. Her practice focuses on representing businesses, employers, and health care organizations in complex litigation and appeals, employment related disputes, and regulatory and compliance matters.
Rachel regularly works with businesses, employers, and health care organizations on compliance issues arising under state and federal employment and health care regulations, helping clients identify and address risks before escalation into litigation or enforcement action. Her experience includes advising health care providers and businesses on regulatory compliance, internal investigations, and dispute resolution.
In her litigation practice, Rachel guides clients through all phases of business and commercial disputes, crafting strategic, nuanced responses that align with clients’ operational, regulatory, and business objectives. Rachel is committed to providing practical, solutions oriented counsel while advocating effectively on behalf of clients facing evolving legal and regulatory challenges.
