NITA’s Learning-By-Doing Method

First, you will receive lectures and demonstrations on deposition taking techniques by a NITA faculty made up of some the most respected and experienced litigators in the field. Then you’ll step into a series of simulated depositions, where you’ll both participate and observe. You will have the opportunity to depose, defend, and prepare witnesses and will receive constructive feedback from our expert program director and faculty members.
