Stites & Harbison Welcomes Shea Luna to the Firm’s Health Care Practice

LEXINGTON, Ky.—Stites & Harbison, PLLC welcomes attorney Shea Luna to the firm’s Lexington, Ky., office. She joins the Health Care Service Group as Counsel. Her practice focuses on data privacy and security, telehealth, state and federal healthcare regulatory compliance, licensing and certificates of need, reimbursement and billing, and hospital and ambulatory operations.

Prior to joining Stites & Harbison, Luna was Associate General Counsel for Health Affairs at the University of Kentucky (UK) for eight years. She also worked for the Kentucky Cabinet for Health and Family Services where she represented the Department for Public Health and Department for Medicaid Services.

Luna received her J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Tennessee College of Law, and her B.A., magna cum laude, from Vanderbilt University.
