LOUISVILLE, Ky.—Stites & Harbison, PLLC welcomes attorney Brian P. Lee to the firm based in the Louisville, Ky., office. He joins the Real Estate & Banking Service Group.
Lee advises clients in many aspects of commercial real estate law, including purchase and sale transactions, leasing and financing. Prior to joining Stites & Harbison, Lee was a staff attorney in the corporate and finance practice of an AmLaw 100 firm in Louisville. Before that he was a real estate and general business attorney for a New York City law firm for more than four years. He is admitted to practice in Kentucky and New York.
