Bill Joseph recognized in Georgia Trend's 2019 Legal Elite

ATLANTA—Georgia Trend magazine has selected Stites & Harbison, PLLC attorney William M. (Bill) Joseph as one of its 2019 Legal Elite. This is the sixth time Joseph has earned the Legal Elite honor.
Georgia Trend magazine invites all Georgia lawyers to nominate the attorneys they consider best in 16 practice areas. Those attorneys earning the highest number of votes were selected to the Legal Elite list. Joseph has been selected in a the area of Taxes/Estates/Trusts Law.
Joseph is a Member (Partner) based in the Atlanta office of Stites & Harbison. He is a member of the firm’s Business and Finance Practice Group. Joseph focuses his practice on transactional tax matters, counseling clients on domestic and international corporate mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, and joint ventures. He also regularly represents clients before the Internal Revenue Service and state departments of revenue. Industries in which Joseph has represented clients include airlines, telecommunications, manufacturing, insurance, banking and financial services, health care, technology, commercial and residential real estate development and venture capital.
