ATLANTA—Stites & Harbison, PLLC welcomes back attorney Amy Baker to its Atlanta office. Baker joins the Real Estate & Banking Service Group as Counsel with the firm. Previously, Baker worked at the firm as a summer associate and as an attorney for eight years.

Baker’s practice focuses primarily on commercial real estate lending, governmental guaranteed lending, commercial loan workouts and debt restructuring. She is a member of various legal organizations such as Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) of Atlanta, National Association of Government Guaranteed Lenders (NAGGL), Georgia Lenders Quality Circle (GLQC) and the State Bar of Georgia’s Real Property Section. Prior to earning her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Georgia School of Law, Baker worked in consumer finance with Bank of America.
