In November 2016, weeks before her daughter’s first birthday, Rebecca Weis was diagnosed with a very rare blood cancer called Blastic Plasmacytoid Dendritic Cell Neoplasm (BPDCN). BPDCN is an aggressive malignancy with an extremely poor prognosis. The cancer is so rare it has no standard recommended course of treatment. Recently, Rebecca sat down with Kirt Jacobs of MoxieTalk to discuss her life, work at Stites & Harbison, diagnosis and so much more.
