Lawrence C. Droege
Lawrence C. Droege is a member of the firm's Real Estate & Banking Service Group. He primarily focuses his practice on real estate, lending and creditors' rights law. Larry also has experience working with capital markets lenders in closing conduit loans and working with national insurance companies on synthetic guaranteed investment contracts. He joined the firm in October 2004.

Closed loans on numerous retail, industrial, office, condominium, multi-family and self-storage properties located across the country, from Hawaii to Massachusetts
Assisted in the documentation and closing of all types of secured and unsecured loan transactions

Larry has previously assisted, pro bono, attorneys with various tax and bankruptcy issues for the Legal Aid Society and completed personal tax returns through the Voluntary Income Tax Association. Larry enjoys spending time with his wife, Amy, and his two children, son Tyler and daughter Abigail.
