Ana England is an attorney in the firm’s Louisville, Kentucky office and is a member of the Business Litigation Service Group. Ana is a skilled litigator with a broad practice centered on commercial litigation, including employment disputes, real estate litigation, data breaches, contract disputes, fiduciary duty litigation, and class actions, as well as select criminal defense and False Claims Act work. She has achieved successful outcomes across all stages of litigation, spanning from appellate victories for both appellants and appellees to early dismissals in both criminal and fiduciary duty cases. Ana graduated first in her class from the University of Louisville’s Brandeis School of Law.
