LOUISVILLE, Ky.—Editors of the ABA Journal announced that Stites & Harbison, PLLC’s blog, Trademarkology, has been selected to the ninth annual Blawg 100 as one of the top 100 best blogs for a legal audience for 2015. This is the second time that Trademarkology has made the list.

The goal of Trademarkology is to provide readers with insight and guidance regarding selecting a brand name or logo and protecting it with a federally registered trademark. It is in no way meant to replace legal services but to educate readers on a variety of current trademark issues.

The ABA Journal is the flagship magazine of the American Bar Association, and it is read by half of the nation’s 1.1 million lawyers every month. It covers the trends, people and finances of the legal profession from Wall Street to Main Street to Pennsylvania Avenue. The ABA Journal’s Blawg 100 reviews nominations from readers on the top legal blogs and then selects the top 100 blogs.

“The Trademarkology blog provides a fun way for the trademark attorneys at Stites & Harbison to discuss important and current trademark issues,” stated Mari-Elise Gates, one of the blog authors. “The blog has been in production for two years, and we are thrilled that the ABA Journal has recognized it since its inception as one of the best legal blogs.”
