Stites & Harbison Welcomes Katherine Moore Donnelly

FRANKFORT, Ky.—Stites & Harbison, PLLC welcomes attorney Katherine Moore Donnelly to the firm’s Frankfort, Ky., office. She joins the Business Litigation Service Group. She will also practice in the areas of Trust & Estate Planning and Administrative Law.

Before joining Stites & Harbison, Donnelly was a Staff Attorney for Fayette Circuit Court Chief Judge Kimberly Bunnell from August 2019-20. She earned her J.D. from the University of Kentucky College of Law in 2019. During law school, Donnelly was a Production Editor for the Kentucky Journal of Equine, Agriculture, and Natural Resources Law. She also gained legal experience while working as a law clerk for Legal Aid of the Bluegrass (summer 2018) and as a legal assistant and clerk to Judge Squire Williams of the Franklin County Family Court (summer 2017). Prior to law school, she was with Boxcar Public Relations in Louisville, Ky.

Outside of the firm, Donnelly is a volunteer with Kentucky Refugee Ministries in Lexington, Ky., where she formerly served as an ESL tutor. She is admitted to practice in Kentucky.
