Stites & Harbison Welcomes Erica Miller to the Louisville Office
LOUISVILLE, Ky.—Stites & Harbison, PLLC welcomes Erica Miller to the Louisville, Ky., office. She joins the firm as an attorney in the Torts & Insurance Practice Service Group.
Miller’s practice focuses on medical malpractice, nursing home and long-term care cases, premises liability, professional liability, automotive injury, and other claims alleging personal injury.
Prior to joining Stites & Harbison, Miller worked for eight years at a personal injury law firm in Louisville, serving in a variety of roles from paralegal to law clerk to attorney. She gained experience in medical malpractice, nursing home litigation, and a wide variety of personal injury cases. She also served as a legal extern for Judge Annie O’Connell, Jefferson Circuit Court, Division II, in 2023.
Miller earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Louisville Louis D. Brandeis School of Law in 2024. She also earned a Master of Science in Exercise Physiology, summa cum laude, from the University of Louisville in 2011.
Outside of the firm, Miller is active in the Kentucky and Louisville Bar Associations. She is admitted to practice in Kentucky.
