Teresinski is a patent attorney in the firm’s Intellectual Property & Technology Service Group. He advises clients on intellectual property (IP) issues across a broad range of technologies, including artificial intelligence, computer software and hardware, medical devices, semiconductors, displays, wireless communication and global positioning systems. Teresinski has extensive experience before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and has managed patent portfolios for domestic and international matters. He regularly assists clients with developing and managing patent portfolios including drafting and prosecuting patent applications and handling post-grant proceedings. He also counsels companies on IP protection and litigation strategies in the context of emerging technologies, including autonomous vehicles, internet-of-things, user experience and driver assistance. Additionally, he assists clients with establishing operations in the U.S. including formation of U.S. subsidiaries and compliance.
Prior to joining Stites & Harbison, Teresinski was a Partner with a large firm in Washington, D.C. His past experience includes work as an Examiner for the USPTO where he examined patent applications directed to electrical measuring and testing.
