Richard A. Vance appointed to Kentucky Housing Corporation Board
LOUISVILLE, Ky.—Stites & Harbison, PLLC attorney Rick Vance was recently appointed to the Kentucky Housing Corporation (KHC) board of directors. He will serve a four-year term.
KHC invests in affordable housing solutions by offering an array of programs and services designed to develop, preserve, and sustain affordable housing throughout Kentucky. Created in 1972, KHC is a quasi-government agency which is administratively attached to Kentucky’s Finance and Administration Cabinet. The organization has made homeownership possible for more than 86,000 Kentucky families.
Vance is a Member (Partner) of Stites & Harbison based in the Louisville, Ky., office. His practice focuses on banking law, financial institution litigation, compliance and real estate, and antitrust. Outside of the firm, Vance is the former president and current pro bono counsel for Kentucky Habitat for Humanity. He is also a member of the Governing Committee of the Conference on Consumer Finance Law and the Kentucky state editor of HouseLaw®.
