Morgan Ward Appointed to Kentucky Personnel Board

LOUISVILLE, Ky.—Governor Andy Beshear has appointed Stites & Harbison, PLLC attorney T. Morgan Ward, Jr. to the Kentucky Personnel Board. Ward’s term will end in January 2026.
The Kentucky Personnel Board was established to safeguard the merit system for state government employees and to serve as an impartial adjudicator of employee-employer disputes for state government.
Ward is a Member (Partner) in the Business Litigation Service Group based in Louisville, Ky. His practice focuses on business litigation, real estate litigation, trust and estates disputes, regulatory litigation, constitutional law, insurance coverage litigation, trial practice, arbitration, mediation and appellate practice. Ward has tried numerous cases to jury and bench verdicts and argued cases before the Kentucky Supreme Court and Kentucky Court of Appeals. He has also appeared in the United States Supreme Court.
