Marjorie Farris named Office Executive Member for Louisville
LOUISVILLE, Ky.—Stites & Harbison, PLLC, attorney Marjorie Farris has been named Office Executive Member for the Louisville, Ky., office effective March 2013. She succeeds attorney Bill Hellmann, who masterfully served in that capacity for 15 years. Hellmann, a Member of the firm, will continue his full-time business and corporate services practice.
“Bill has served the firm and the Louisville office with distinction. We thank him for his many years of outstanding service,” said Chairman Ken Sagan. “Marjorie’s proven leadership skills make her a good fit for the position. She recently completed two terms on the firm’s Management Committee and was co-chair of the Recruiting Committee. I am confident she will excel in her new role.”
As the new Office Executive Member, Marjorie Farris will serve as the face of the firm in the Louisville, Ky., community and assist the Chairman in executing firm policy. She will continue to serve as co-chair of the Class Action and Multi-District Litigation Group and will also practice as a Member of the firm. Farris has been with Stites & Harbison since 1995.
Stites & Harbison has approximately 240 attorneys in nine offices in five states.
