Commerce Lexington Appoints Cassidy Rosenthal as Chair-Elect for 2022

LEXINGTON, Ky.—Commerce Lexington has appointed Stites & Harbison, PLLC attorney Cassidy Rosenthal as Chair-Elect of its Board of Directors for 2022. Her term as Chair will begin in 2023. Rosenthal previously served as a member of the Board of Directors and has been the organization’s General Counsel since 2018.

Rosenthal is the Lexington Office Executive Member and a Member (Partner) based in Stites & Harbison’s Lexington, Ky., office. As a member of the Construction Service Group, her practice focuses on advising clients throughout all phases of construction projects including planning, contract drafting and negotiation, and project administration.

Beyond serving as a leader in the local community through Commerce Lexington, Rosenthal is also a leader in the construction industry. She serves on the Associated General Contractors of Kentucky Board and is Past-Chair for the American Bar Association Forum on the Construction Industry Division 1 Dispute Avoidance & Resolution Steering Committee.
