LOUISVILLE, Ky.—Professional Sector Network has selected Chadwick McTighe of Stites & Harbison, PLLC as Class Action Advisor of the Year – USA in its inaugural 2014 Global Awards.
The Professional Sector Network is an international referral and networking group that caters solely to leading firms with a history of excellence in the business, advisory and investment sectors. The network is a leading monthly resource for those working in the global marketplace on topics including legal, financial, energy, mergers and acquisitions, pharmaceutical, real estate and capital markets.
Nominations for the Global Awards were received from various business sources and a shortlist of advisors for each of the 35 award categories was created. A panel composed of in-house and external legal and financial experts selected the final winners.
Chadwick McTighe is a Member (Partner) in the Business Litigation Service Group of Stites & Harbison based in Louisville, Ky. He represents a wide range of clients and practices extensively in class action litigation and complex litigation involving a number of industries and substantive areas of the law, including insurance and annuities, consumer fraud/consumer protection, data breaches, fiduciary duties, financial institutions, employment and wage and hour issues, real estate, telecommunications and utilities, the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, and the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
Outside of the firm, McTighe is a member of the Board of Directors of the Kentucky Derby Festival Foundation. He also serves as a volunteer attorney representing victims of domestic violence. McTighe earned his J.D. from the University of Notre Dame Law School.
