Boyle County Industrial Foundation Elects David Longenecker to its Board of Directors

LEXINGTON, Ky.—The Boyle County Industrial Foundation (BCIF) Board of Directors recently elected Stites & Harbison, PLLC attorney David Longenecker as a new director. He will serve a three-year term.

BCIF is a private, nonprofit corporation established to acquire and develop real estate for the recruitment and retention of industrial or corporate facilities.

Longenecker is a Member (Partner) of Stites & Harbison based in the Lexington office. He is a corporate transactional lawyer whose practice includes experience in mergers and acquisitions, forming and advising closely held companies, corporate governance, Delaware corporations, asset based lending and general corporate counseling. He has assisted clients in various industries, most recently completing deals in the financial services and manufacturing sectors.
