(image) LOUISVILLE, Ky.—The Litigation Counsel of America (LCA) has named Stites & Harbison, PLLC attorney Bill Geisen as a Fellow of this peer-selected and invitation-only trial lawyer honorary society. Attorneys named as Fellows have been vigorously vetted for effectiveness and accomplishment in litigation as well as ethical reputation. Geisen joins seven other Stites & Harbison attorneys who have been named Fellows of LCA.

Membership in LCA is limited to 3,500 Fellows, representing less than one-half of one percent of American lawyers. Fellows in LCA represent the highest standards among American litigation and trial counsel across all segments of the bar.

Geisen is a Member (Partner) of Stites & Harbison, PLLC based in the Covington, Ky., office. As chair of the firm’s Construction Service Group, his practice focuses on construction law including contract negotiation, dispute resolution and litigation. He is also a Fellow of the American College of Construction Lawyers.
