  "Nursing Home Negligence Lawsuits: Common Risk Areas and What to Expect During The Litigation Process" - This presentation will review the steps in the litigation process, common risk management areas that form the basis of lawsuits, and the status of the enforceability of arbitration agreements under Kentucky law. Matthew will discuss the discovery process and what employees can expect when they are asked to give a deposition. The status of the enforceability of arbitration agreements under Kentucky law, and the pros and cons of including these in admissions paperwork is a part of this presentation.
