Underwear-maker Fruit of the Loom and casino owner Tropicana Entertainment, LLC have two things in common: Both were originally headquartered in Kentucky (the former in Bowling Green, and the latter in Crestview Hills), yet both filed Chapter 11 bankruptcy over 500 miles away, in Wilmington, Delaware.
