Taylor J. Stuckey

Taylor Stuckey is a Member in the firm’s Lexington office. He is a Chair of the firm’s Trusts & Estates Service Group. His practice focuses on estate planning, estate and trust administration, estate and gift tax planning, business succession planning, and elder law. He also represents clients in charitable and nonprofit organization matters, business income tax planning, and business formation. Taylor is a certified public accountant.

Prior to joining the firm, Taylor was a Judicial Clerk for the U.S. Tax Court in Washington, D.C. Prior to law school, he was an Assurance Associate with Mountjoy Chilton Medley LLP (2008-11) in Lexington.

Taylor enjoys watching and playing sports, reading and horse racing.
