Paige Riley is an attorney in the firm’s Louisville office where she is a member of the Torts & Insurance Practice Service Group. She handles a wide variety of litigation matters, including nurse and nursing home liability, product liability, medical malpractice, veterinary malpractice, professional liability, premises liability, and motor carrier litigation. Paige has experience at all stages of litigation, from pre-litigation counseling to taking and defending depositions, and to drafting and arguing dispositive motions. In her third year of practice, she tried a case to a verdict favorable to her client. Paige routinely represents health care providers in complex medical malpractice cases and represents nurses, nursing homes, long-term care facilities, and a variety of allied health professionals in actions alleging significant personal injury or death.
