He represents commercial and residential real estate developers, builders and lending institutions in the acquisition, development and finance of projects. He also assists in the purchase, sale and leasing of property. Jeff is a LEED Accredited Professional.

Mr. King served as Law Clerk for the Presiding Justice of the Mississippi Supreme Court. Jeff’s civil and community involvement has centered on the boards of United Way, Crimestoppers and Friends of Radnor Lake. He was awarded the Environmental Award by Friends of Radnor Lake in 2014. Mr. King also provides legal counsel to The Nature Conservancy on the purchase and sale of real estate in Tennessee. He’s a member of First Presbyterian Church where he has served as deacon and chairman of the personnel committee. He loves the outdoors and you can often find him hiking, fishing, gardening or taking adventure-related travels.
