Jacob Baird helps businesses, insurers, and individuals navigate high-stakes litigation with practical strategy, careful case development, and a strong understanding of Kentucky courts. A member of the firm’s Torts and Insurance Practice Group in the Lexington office, Jacob maintains a broad litigation practice focused on product liability matters, mass litigation, personal injury defense, professional liability defense, and complex commercial disputes. He also assists clients in proceedings before state agencies when regulatory issues intersect with litigation.
Jacob represents clients on both sides of commercial disputes and regularly appears in courtrooms across Kentucky, including frequent appearances in eastern Kentucky counties.
