Cassidy Rosenthal is a construction attorney who works with owners, contractors, subcontractors and designers throughout all phases of construction projects and equipment procurement. She assists clients with balancing the needs of growing businesses while providing measurable risk mitigation through building and managing legal teams across the firm’s practice areas. She regularly counsels clients on the best delivery method for their projects, whether it be design-build, design-bid-build, EPC or construction management. Cassidy collaborates daily with clients’ senior executives to deliver key results tied to their contracts, projects, construction manuals, corporate policies and disputes. She has litigated and arbitrated disputes with successful jury and arbitrator awards that included recovery of attorney’s fees.
