ATLANTA—Stites & Harbison, PLLC, is pleased to announce that attorney Eric J. Breithaupt has joined the firm’s Atlanta office as a member of the firm.

Before joining Stites & Harbison, Eric Breithaupt was a partner with Christian & Small of Birmingham, Ala., where he practiced law for 18 years. Breithaupt joins Stites & Harbison’s Creditors’ Rights & Bankruptcy Service Group, where his practice focuses on bankruptcy and commercial litigation. He has extensive experience in litigation involving secured transactions, corporate governance and the enforcement of trade secrets rights.

Breithaupt earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Alabama School of Law in 1986. He is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute. He is admitted to practice in Alabama, Georgia and Tennessee.
