LOUISVILLE, Ky.—Stites & Harbison, PLLC announced today that three attorneys have been promoted within the law firm effective January 2021. The new Members (Partners) are:
Dustyn Jones – Lexington, Ky., office – Health Care Service Group and Insurance Regulatory Service Group. Jones devotes her practice to insurance product review and regulatory matters, and healthcare transactions, contracts, reimbursement and regulatory compliance.
Andrew Noland – Louisville, Ky., office – Real Estate Service Group. Noland advises clients on all aspects of commercial real estate and business transactions, including drafting and reviewing contracts, analyzing potential transaction risks, and ensuring clients are legally protected while completing transactions efficiently.
The new Counsel is:
Ozair Shariff – Louisville, Ky., office – Health Care Service Group. Shariff’s practice focuses on regulatory, compliance, privacy and data security, physician contracting, antitrust, and general transactional and corporate matters. He has appeared on behalf of health care clients in numerous administrative and court proceedings. Shariff is also experienced in providing practical advice and counsel to small business owners and entrepreneurs on a wide range of business matters.
