Stites & Harbison Expands Environmental Practice with Addition of Jordan D. Lee in Nashville

NASHVILLE, Tenn.—Stites & Harbison, PLLC welcomes attorney Jordan D. Lee to the Nashville, Tenn., office. He joins the firm’s Environmental, Energy & Sustainability Service Group.

Lee’s practice covers all areas of environmental law. He focuses on regulatory compliance, permitting, enforcement defense, environmental due diligence in mergers and acquisitions and environmental litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Lee was an associate with Perkins Coie, LLP in Portland, Ore.

Before his legal career, Lee worked as an engineer. He was a principal engineer with Geo-Eco Solutions EES LLC where he managed environmental investigation projects on gasoline properties. He also gained experience as a project engineer with SLR International working on due diligence reviews for private equity clients and as a staff engineer with Langan Engineering & Environmental Services where he performed investigatory and remediation field work on brownfield redevelopment sites.

Lee earned his J.D. from Lewis & Clark Law School in 2023. Before that, he earned his M.E. in Environmental Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology in 2017 and his B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Louisville in 2015. Lee is admitted to practice in Oregon.
