Tax-Exempt Debt Financing

Stites & Harbison's tax-exempt finance attorneys have served as issuer counsel in connection with the issuance of airport revenue bonds. The firm has also served as industrial revenue bond counsel, company counsel, underwriter's counsel, trustee's counsel or letter of credit bank counsel in numerous industrial bond issues. Additionally, the firm has served as underwriter's or bond counsel for many tax exempt bond issues for governmental and economic development projects. The firm has had extensive experience in drafting, implementing and defending from court challenge the Kentucky Jobs Development Act, the Kentucky Rural Economic Development Act and the Kentucky Industrial Development Act.
