Bill Hellmann has more than 35 years experience as a transactional attorney representing clients in a wide array of business and finance matters. He enjoys drafting and negotiating complex documents, as well as counseling with major clients on legal and business matters. Bill served on active duty with the U.S. Navy for four years, followed by a stint in the Naval Reserves. He served both as a surface warfare officer and as an intelligence officer. Bill served on the board of directors of a publicly-traded company for 22 years and has been a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors. He is a current member of the U.S. Naval Institute. Bill is an avid fan of college football and basketball. He enjoys regular exercise, especially walking and ping pong. He enjoys spending time with his spouse, three adult children and his six grandchildren.
