Tracey Moore is the firm’s Director of Recruitment. Tracey will oversee all aspects of recruiting across the firm’s 11 offices. She is charged with developing best practices to identify, attract and retain the most qualified candidates with a broad range of experience levels.
Tracey will continue the firm’s ongoing commitment to support, grow and improve diversity efforts across the firm’s six-state footprint. She will evaluate practices and assist firm leadership in establishing benchmarks and best practices. Tracey will ensure that the firm’s Diversity Action Plan created in 2003 remains in the forefront of the firm’s efforts to build a more diverse and inclusive firm.
