Tracey Moore is the firm’s Director of Recruitment. Tracey oversees all aspects of recruiting across the firm’s offices. She is charged with developing best practices to identify, attract, and retain the most qualified candidates with a broad range of experience levels.
Tracey will continue to advance the firm’s longstanding commitment to fostering an inclusive environment where a diverse group of attorneys can thrive. She works closely with firm leadership to evaluate and implement best practices for recruiting and retaining top talent from a wide range of backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. As an active member of the firm’s Recruiting and Diversity Committees, Tracey plays a key role in ensuring the firm’s Diversity Action Plan remains central to its efforts in attracting, developing, and promoting attorneys across all levels.
