Lucy McIntire is an attorney in the firm’s Louisville, Kentucky office where she is a member of the Real Estate & Banking Service Group. Her practice focuses on representing clients in a wide range of commercial real estate and financing matters, including purchase and sale transactions, leasing, and financing. Prior to focusing her practice on real estate matters, Lucy spent several years as a litigator representing clients in a variety of business and insurance disputes. This background provides her with a practical perspective on contract interpretation, risk allocation, and dispute resolution, allowing her to proactively identify and address issues before they escalate.
