Prior to joining Stites & Harbison, Derek was with Conduent (formerly Xerox Business Services & Affiliated Computer Services), a Fortune 500 company with more than 70,000 employees and operations in more than 40 countries. While there he acted as Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer of the Commercial Solutions Group and Enterprise Business Processing and Outsourcing. Prior to Conduent, Derek served as Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President of Business Transformation & Strategic Operations at Buck Consulting Services. He has also held positions as Corporate Controller at Hoover Material Handling Group, Inc. in Atlanta; Finance Controller at Delphi Automotive Systems in Prague, Czech Republic; and Staff-Audit Manager at Deloitte & Touche LLP in Cincinnati and Prague, Czech Republic.
